Organizer
Promotional campaigns are organized by WHITEDECOR SRL, with headquarters in Bucharest, Bd. Ghencea 154A, ground floor, sector 6, registered with the Trade Registry under number J40/15494/2015, tax code RO34773469.
Participation Conditions
All individuals aged at least 18 years at the campaign start date, with domicile or residence in Romania or the Republic of Moldova, may participate in promotional campaigns.
Campaign Mechanism
The specific details of each campaign (duration, prizes, award method) will be communicated through dedicated promotional materials, available in showrooms and on official communication channels.
Personal Data Processing
Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and TANDEM CASA Privacy Policy.
