Warranty for our products:
We offer a 3-year warranty period for customers who choose transport and installation services from Tandem.
- For sofas - 3 years warranty
- For beds with chipboard storage box: 3 years warranty; headboard, mechanisms and pistons: 3 years warranty; bed base: 3 years warranty.
- For wardrobes, living rooms, dressers, nightstands and other cabinet furniture - 3 years warranty
- For mattresses with independent Pocket springs - 10 years warranty
- For mattresses with Bonnel spring blocks - 3 years warranty
- For springless mattresses - 5 years warranty
- For chairs - 3 years warranty
- For LED strip transformer - 2 years warranty

CHAPTER I: DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Whitedecor SRL., a Romanian legal entity, with headquarters in Bucharest, Bdul. Ghencea 154A, ground floor, sector 6, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/15494/2015, Tax ID RO 34773469, assures, guarantees and declares on its own responsibility that the products mentioned in the invoice accompanying this declaration do not endanger life, health, work safety, do not have a negative impact on the environment and comply with the technical product documentation.
CHAPTER II: WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Art.1 Warranty Terms
- 1.1 The warranty period is 3 (three) years if the furniture was purchased with assembly or 24 (twenty-four) months if the furniture was purchased without assembly, calculated from the delivery date recorded by signing the acceptance report by the buyer.
- 1.2 If only certain parts of a furniture product are replaced (e.g., a wheel, a hinge, a cornice, a door, etc.), but the product itself is not replaced, the warranty period is extended by the period during which the product was under repair.
- 1.3 The warranty ensures repair or replacement of the product at no additional cost to the buyer.
- 1.4 The warranty is granted for products that will be used normally and under normal conditions, for the purpose for which they were manufactured.
- 1.5 Mattress warranty: Confort Plus is 3 (three) years, for Galaxy, Oasis, Balance is 5 (five) years, and for Super Spring Tandem, Memory de Luxe Tandem, Imperial Tandem, Royal, Aloe Vera, Nobel, Eden, Sensi and Crown is 10 (ten) years.
- 1.6 The mattress warranty is granted only if they are in their original condition, except for normal wear.
- 1.7 Mattresses Super Spring Tandem, Memory de Luxe Tandem, Imperial Tandem, Royal, Aloe Vera, Oasis, Nobel, Eden, Sensi and Crown in sizes 1400*2000 mm, 1600*2000 mm and 1800*2000 mm have a 3-month trial period.
- 1.8 Sofas, corner sofas, tables, chairs and armchairs have a 2 (two) year warranty.
Art.2 Conditions Under Which Warranty Is Not Granted
- 2.1. Normal wear of the product, considering its average useful life;
- 2.2. Occurrence of defects after product acceptance, as a result of: handling, transport, assembly and installation services, performed by the buyer or third parties;
- 2.3. Other conditions: burned, flooded, damaged, stolen components; product color change due to sun or other heat sources.
Art.3 Buyer's Rights and Seller's Liability
- 3.1. The seller's liability is engaged if the product's lack of conformity occurs within the warranty period.
- 3.2. In case of defects, the buyer may file a complaint accompanied by the fiscal invoice and Warranty Certificate.
- 3.3. In case of non-conformity, the buyer has the right to request from the seller, firstly the repair of the product, or, alternatively, its replacement, in each case, free of charge.
- 3.4. Any repair or replacement of products will be made within a reasonable period of time, not exceeding 15 calendar days.

Art.4 Final Provisions
- 4.1. The product identification elements are those mentioned in the order form.
- 4.2. The buyer acknowledges and expressly accepts the seller's limitations regarding: (a) maximum weight per shelf type: interior furniture shelf max. 20 kg; (b) not to open more than one drawer at a time; (c) it is recommended to anchor furniture to walls/floor.
